Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: Traffic restrictions imposed and an advisory is issued in Bengaluru for Town Hall festival on Wednesday. The Bengaluru Traffic Police imposed specific limits for heavy goods vehicles in the areas of Gunjur, Balagere, Gunjur Palya, and Vinayaka Nagar. The curbs have been imposed for smooth vehicular m=movement during the Deepotsava and Pallakki events.

• Heavy vehicles from Hoskote should take a left turn at Hope Farm and proceed towards Sarjapura via Channasandra.
• Heavy trucks from HAL Old Airport Road need to go via Varthur Kodi, Hope Farm, and Channasandra towards Sarjapura.
• Heavy vehicles from Sarjapura can use Chikkathirupathi, Dommasandra, and Kodathi to reach Bellandur.
• Heavy cars from Bellandur should travel via Kodathi and Dommasandra towards Sarjapura.

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: Check Routes For BMTC Buses

• Buses from Gunjur Depo-41 to Varthur can use Nerege Road, Hosahalli, and Madhura Nagara to reach Varthur.
• Regular commuters are requested to cooperate with these restrictions to ensure smooth traffic flow during the festival.
• In another development, the BBMP started major white-topping project on roads extending from Rajajinagar 1st Block to Dr. Rajkumar Road. This upgrade will help in a complete ban on all vehicular movement along this route for a minimum of five months. The project will also improve the quality of Bengaluru’s road infrastructure.
