Rupali Ganguly Did Not Speak To Her Co-Star For 2 Years, Says, ‘I Have Shot’…
Anupamaa actress Rupali Ganguly, has had an open battle with her stepdaughter, Esha Verma. Amid all this, she participated in a round table chat with Shivangi Joshi, Samridhii Shukla, Anita Raaj, and Reem Shaikh. The ladies were discussing the changing dynamics in the entertainment industry. The chats were also about whether they ever fell in love during their debut show. Amid all this, Rupali revealed that she once worked with a co-star and did not speak to him for 2 years.
Rupali Ganguly reveals of not uttering a word with her co-star for 2 years
When actors work on sets together, a bond of friendship develops. However, relations do not always form on sets as sometimes one does not get along with co-stars. A similar situation took place with Rupali who revealed of not talking to the co-actor for two years, that she shot the serial. In her words:
“I have shot an entire series for two years, not talking to the co-actor, and I am supposed to be obsessed with him.”

Rupali did not take anyone’s names in the round-table conversation, but there are reports that she did not gel well with Sudhanshu and Gaurav. Their social media posts had a different narrative, but their strained off-screen relationship had made waves online. There were rumours that Sudhanshu exited Anupamaa because of disagreements with Gaurav, who took the lead focus, and Pandey got a parallel focus in the serial. In an interview with TellyChakkar, Sudhanshu mentioned he does not like to be a part of gossip and believes in respecting other people’s space. He does not interfere and believes in reserving his comments. In his words:
“If there is anything they will only comment or say something about the equation and I will and never get into anyone’s personal space.”

Earlier, in an interview with News 18, Sudhanshu maintained a diplomatic stand when he was asked about Esha and Rupali’s ugly legal spat. For the unversed, Esha is Rupali’s current husband, Ashvin Verma’s daughter from his second marriage. She accused the actress of mentally and physically harassing her and tearing her family apart. She also alleged Rupali had an affair with Ashwin when he was married to Sapna, who is Esha’s mom. She also claimed that Rupali’s son, Rudransh, is illegitimate as the actress was pregnant even before Ashwin got married to her. Sudhanshu did not utter a word on the matter, but said:
“I would rather not speak about it because it is a very personal matter. I have nothing to do with her personal life.”
Rupali Ganguly slaps Esha Verma with a legal notice of Rs 50 crore
Rupali has given a legal notice to Esha, wanting Rs. 50 crore in damages. Rupali’s lawyer, Sana Raees Khan spoke about the action taken and revealed it was the choice of the actress. This was because she wanted to issue a defamation notice reflecting her commitment to standing up against falsehoods and protecting her reputation, which she has worked tirelessly to build over the years. Sana also reflected that no one should endure baseless accusations, especially when they are made to harm one’s personal and professional image. Khan’s legal team also added that the actress took the legal path, as she found it unacceptable when her 11-year-old son, Rudransh, was dragged into the matter.
