Filmmaker Priyadarshan is celebrating his birthday today and, on this occasion, Akshay Kumar penned a heartfelt note for his Bhooth Bangla director. The actor-filmmaker duo who churned out hits like Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Hera Pheri and Bhagam Bhag among others is now working together on the horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla. 

The candid photo that Akshay shared shows the filmmaker and him laughing. He wrote, “Happy birthday, Priyan sir! What better way to celebrate than by spending the day on a haunted set, surrounded by ghosts…both real and unpaid extras? Thank you for being a mentor, and the only person who can make chaos look like a masterpiece.
