Actor Rajinikanth, fondly known as Thalaivar, brought a touch of festive cheer to the sets of his upcoming film, Coolie. To mark the occasion of Onam, the superstar spontaneously broke into a dance, captivating the crew members with his energetic moves.

The chosen song for this impromptu performance was ‘Manasilaayo’, a track from another highly anticipated film, Vettaiyan. Sun Pictures, the production house behind Coolie, shared a delightful video capturing the moment. Dressed in a traditional shirt and mundu, Rajinikanth danced effortlessly alongside the crew, creating a memorable atmosphere.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie commenced production in September 2024 and is slated for release in the latter half of 2025.
Meanwhile, Vettaiyan boasts an impressive ensemble cast featuring Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan. Helmed by TJ Gnanavel, this action-packed film is inspired by a true story and promises to deliver a powerful narrative. Rajinikanth will portray a Muslim police officer in the film.
The film is scheduled to hit theaters on October 10.
