Last week, social media was abuzz with a particular video, where Aamir Khan was seen getting ready and dressing up like a caveman, followed by which another video of a man roaming around the streets in a similar look garnered attention. As netizens attempted to connect dots with rumours suggesting that it was the actor who was doing it as a part of promotions, sources close to Khan have insisted that he has nothing to do with it.

For the unversed, the GRWM video of Aamir Khan took the internet by storm but considering that its details were kept under wraps, fans started speculating about this project.
Meanwhile, another video went viral around the same time. A video of an unidentified man spotted on the streets of Mumbai, dressed in a ragged caveman-like costume captured the eyeballs of many who assumed it to be Aamir Khan. However, a source close to the actor has confirmed, “The man roaming the streets of Mumbai in a caveman-like costume is not Aamir Khan. Kindly do not believe any such statements, as all of them are false.”

Aamir Khan dressed up as a caveman for the commercial of Thums Up and a glimpse of the same was unveiled by the brand about a couple of days ago.
On the work front, Aamir Khan fans are eagerly waiting to see him return to the big screen. The actor had announced a brief sabbatical after the release of Laal Singh Chaddha in 2022. Khan, however, has also shared news of his comeback and will be seen playing the lead in the film Sitaare Zameen Par – a spiritual sequel to his much-loved and critically acclaimed 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. Also starring Genelia Deshmukh in a key role along with an ensemble cast, the movie attempts to kick off another set of discussion regarding disabilities. It is slated to release on the occasion of Christmas, on December 25, 2025.
