Filmmaker Om Raut, renowned for helming the film Adipurush, featuring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon among others, marked his presence at the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya. Raut, accompanied by his wife, attended the grand event and shared a heartfelt note on Instagram along with a photo against the backdrop of the Ram Mandir.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Om Raut posted a picture from the ceremony on January 22. In the photo, he and his wife stood before Ram Mandir, and Raut captioned the post, “Ayodhyapati Ram Lalla Ki Jai! Jai Shri Ram!”
The grand Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony drew dignitaries, celebrities, and devotees from various walks of life, all coming together to witness the historic event.
Notably, Om Raut had received mixed reviews earlier for his directorial venture, Adipurush, which was based on the Indian epic Ramayana. The film stirred controversy due to its visual effects and language choices.
The consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya happened today January 22 with Prime Minister Narendra Modi participating in the Pran Pratishtha ceremony. As per a report in The Hindu, an array of selected 506 influential figures, spanning politicians, industrialists, film stars, and more have received invitations.
Apart from Om, Amitabh Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Rohit Shetty, Rajkumar Hirani, among others also flew to the city to attend the ceremony.
