Aditi Rao Hydari recently got engaged to the actor, Siddharth. Previously, reports surfaced in the media claiming that the two had tied the knot secretly. However, the couple did not react to such rumours and cleared the air around the same with their engagement announcement. On March 28, 2024, the two actors took to their respective Instagram accounts and announced that they got engaged. In the picture, Aditi and Siddharth were seen flaunting their engagement rings.

After announcing their engagement, Aditi and Siddharth were spotted for the first time together on April 18, 2024. The couple was photographed by the paparazzi as they attended the Jio MAMI Select–Filmed on iPhone in Mumbai. Aditi and Siddharth looked extremely happy and even held hands as they posed for the lens. For the event, the gorgeous actress was seen wearing an all-black outfit comprising an off-shoulder body-hugging top adorned with blue floral detailing and flared pants.

Aditi opted for golden hoops, black heels, subtle makeup, and open tresses to accentuate her overall look. Meanwhile, her beau, Siddharth, sported a denim-on-denim look featuring a casual navy-blue T-shirt paired with similar denim pants and a light-coloured denim jacket.

Aditi and Siddharth reportedly started dating while they were filming for their 2021 film, Maha Samudram. In the years that they had been together, the couple were seen on various red carpets and events together, but they never confirmed anything about their relationship to the public. The two kept under wraps mostly. However, Siddharth’s birthday post for his ladylove, Aditi made people believe that they were in a relationship as he addressed the actress as his ‘partner’.

Aditi Rao Hydari called her fiance, Siddharth her ‘manicorn’
But there is no need to hide their lovely relationship anymore as they have already announced their engagement to the public. On April 17, 2024, Aditi took to her Instagram to wish her fiance on his birthday. She posted some unseen monochrome pictures with the love of her life and called him her ‘manicorn’. Aditi captioned the post as:
“Happiest birthday my manicorn. To endless laughter, fairy dust and happiness on loop, More power to you and everything that you do. Squishes from your forever cheerleader.”
Siddharth clarified that they had a private engagement ceremony
Siddharth recently spoke about his hush-hush engagement at the Galatta Golden Stars event. The two exchanged rings in a private ceremony in the presence of their family and close friends. He also shared that their elders would decide their wedding date. Sharing the difference between getting engaged in a private ceremony and a secret engagement, the actor said:
“Many told me we had done this in secret. There’s a big difference between doing something privately with family and in secret. The ones whom we didn’t invite think it’s a secret, but the ones who were there know it was private.”
For those who don’t know, Aditi was previously married to actor, Satyadeep Mishra, who is now married to fashion designer, Masaba Gupta. Siddharth, on the other hand, got married to Meghna in 2003 and parted ways with her in 2007.
