Himanshu reveals the only brief he received from the Ambani family
Himanshu Patel shared that Anant and Radhika’s wedding was planned on a large scale. They had covered celeb weddings earlier, but not something of that big scale. As a result, they found it challenging to cover the couple’s first pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar. He added that the only brief they got from the Ambani family to cover the event was that they should remain discreet while capturing photos. He was quoted as saying:
“The only brief we got from the family was that ‘You have to be very discreet all the time. Be invisible yet present.’ The wedding is not just for the photography but also an experience for the guests. So we had captured the special moments without intruding on the couple’s special day.”

The founder of Epic Stories added that the planning process involved more than 50 vendors coordinating with everyone. Himanshu saw that there were several heartwarming moments from Anant and Radhika’s wedding. As the photographer’s team, they knew about every performance and activity in detail. But many details were a surprise for the bride and groom. For instance, Anant and Radhika didn’t know about Katy Perry’s performance on the couple’s second pre-wedding celebrations in Europe. He said:
“For the couple, there were a lot of surprises. The Katy Perry show on the cruise, the couple didn’t know! There were many things that were kept as a surprise for Anant and Radhika. We used to get specific briefs for events that the couple doesn’t know about, so we had to capture the moment once the reveal happens!”
