Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is making headlines with his recent real estate purchase. Aryan has bought two floors worth 37 crore rupees in a South Delhi building that holds special memories for his family. This building is where Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan lived during the early days of their marriage.

The transaction, registered in May 2024, also saw Aryan pay 2.64 crore rupees in stamp duty. The Khan family already owns the basement and ground floor of this iconic building. Gauri Khan, known for her design flair, has meticulously designed the residence, reflecting its emotional significance.

In recent months, Shah Rukh’s children have been active in buying real estate. Suhana Khan had also bought farmland and a beachfront property a couple of months back.
