Dalljiet Kaur mustered a lot of strength when she decided to restart her life with Nikhil Patel in a foreign land. In love, people often overlook their own financial security, and that’s what happened with Dalljiet. She sold off her home of nine years, which she made with her own hard-earned money. In her latest Vlog, Dalljiet broke down recalling how she is living a life in a suitcase, but she is ready to restart her life for her own sake and her child, Jaydon. Dalljiet said:
“Mera ghar tha jaha mai 9 saalo se rahe rahi thi. Aur choti-choti cheeje banayi thi us ghar ki. Toh poora ghar ab nahi hai, abhi koi bhi ghar nahi hai. Lekin koi nahi fir shuru krege. Is baar kyunki suitcase se shuru ho rahi hai toh mai ne kaha kyo nahi suitcase uthate hai or pori duniya ghumte hai.”
Dalljiet further added that her entire family is supporting her in this endeavour. However, she is not going to rush to find a home in Mumbai, as she can easily get a flat on rent. She won’t do it at this moment in her life, as she is going to use it as a chance to rewrite her story.

While talking about it, Dalljiet added that she doesn’t think ‘Take 2’ is her loss. She called it her strength, as she had the courage to restart her life for love. The actress added that she has to heal her son, and they will move forward from what happened in the past. She was quoted as saying:
“Take 2 ko mai ek haar nahi maanti, Take 2 ko mai apni strength maanti hoon, and ab mai aage badhugi, mujhe apne bacho ko heal karna, apne apko bheal krna hai.”

The actress modified her tattoo ‘Clap Board’ and added a Polaroid camera to it with a cutesy image of her with her son, who was holding a balloon.

In a cryptic note written in Hindi, Dalljiet penned a heartbreaking revelation. She revealed her clothes, her chooda, her mandir, everything is in Kenya at her husband’s home. The clothes of her son and his books are all there, but her husband is denying them and saying they never got married. Not only this, she also questioned whether she never got married to Nikhil. However, Dalljiet soon deleted the note from her IG handle.
