Janhvi Kapoor has been making headlines for her latest film, Mr. & Mrs. Mahi. During the film’s promotions, the actress shared a rule her late mother Sridevi laid down for her.

In an exclusive interview with Filmfare, the actress was asked about roles that she would never do. In response, Janhvi Kapoor shared, “I think I would never go bald for a role. I cut my hair short for a film, I think it was during Gunjan Saxena. Mumma made me promise. She said ‘Promise you will never cut your hair.'”

She added, “I didn’t like it when I cut my hair either. So now, I’ve decided I’ll never go bald for a film.”  

In another interview, Janhvi Kapoor revealed that she is leaning into her spiritual side. She will visit a temple on Sridevi’s birth anniversary on August 13.
