Taking place in 1945 when South Korea was under Japanese colonial rule, Gyeongseong Creature Part 1 tells the story of Jang Tae-sang, a wealthy and well-informed man, and Yoon Chae-ok, an expert in locating missing individuals. As Yoon Chae-ok searches for her mother, their journeys intersect, revealing a chilling revelation inside the ominous confines of a hospital—a mysterious creature that unravels a sinister mystery.
