India vs South Africa Live Score: Rohit Sharma’s men will look to put on a fight on Day 2 against Temba Bavuma’s South Africa
India vs South Africa 1st Test Day 2 Live Score: With Kagiso Rabada running through the Indian batting on a tough-to-bat Day 1 at the SuperSport Park in Centurion, KL Rahul helped India to 208/8 at Stumps as rain cut short the first day with just 59 overs bowled. Coming in to bat at six, Rahul remained unbeaten at 70 off 105 deliveries on a day none of the other Indian batters was able to claim 40 runs
Earlier, Temba Bavuma won the toss and put India in to bat first. Rabada would strike as early as his third over, nabbing the Indian captain Rohit Sharma. He’d then also remove Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Ravichandran Ashwin and Shardul Thakur, who added 43 runs for the seventh wicket alongside Rahul. Also on the wickets tally was debutant Nandre Burger, who claimed Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill.

The forecast for day two also suggests rain having an effect on the proceedings as the wicket gets trickier to bat on. India would be eyeing 250 runs in the first session before giving over to their bowlers.
