Krushna Abhishek is all set to mimic his uncle, Govinda on The Great Indian Kapil Show, season 2
In an interview with Zoom, Krushna Abhishek revealed that they had done well in the first season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, and Netflix had paid them well that it’s their responsibility to do better in the second season. This season, all 13 episodes are going to be all new characters. I’ve never played Govinda. I’ve never mimicked him. I mimicked him for the first time in this season. Not in this season, on TV, I’ve never mimicked Govinda. So Karisma Kapoor had come. Badi novelty thi.”
In the same interview, Krushna Abhishek added that Govinda has been his comedy inspiration since he was a kid. And the thousand expressions he used to give in one scene. I used to love Jim Carrey, and here in Bollywood, Kishore Kumar Saab. His old films, if you watch Mehmood Sahib, unke filmein, phir unke baad, Govinda se bada inspiration kya ho sakta hai. And being with him 24-7, I would definitely say my mama, number one, would be my inspiration for comedy.”
