Mumbai: Restricted services for Monorail on March 24 and 25 | Mumbai News

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has decided to conduct civil maintenance work for Monorail on March 24 and 25. As a result, services in one phase of the Monorail from Wadala Depot Station to Chembur Station will be suspended on Sunday from 6 am to 8 pm. However, services will resume after 8 pm with one service running every hour until 11 pm.
Services on the connecting phase from Wadala Depot Station to Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk Station will continue to operate with a headway of 18 minutes, ensuring a total of 114 services for the day.

On March 25, services from Wadala Depot Station to Chembur Station (CHR) will run at a headway of one hour between 6 am to 11 pm. Services on the connecting route between Wadala Depot Station and Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk Station will operate with an 18-minute headway. A total of 147 services will be available on Monday.
MMRDA has assured that regular operations will gradually resume as per the original schedule following the completion of the maintenance works.
Monorail is a 17-km long route from Chembur-Wadala-Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk, is operational with six rakes, while two rakes are kept on standby.
