Naga Chaitanya Reveals Why His Cousin, Rana Daggubati Make Him Feel Depressed
Naga Chaitanya shares an adorable and unspoken bond with his cousin, Rana Daggubati. The duo often speak highly of each other and praise one another. Rana Daggubati is currently focusing on his talk show, The Rana Daggubati Show. His family will appear on the show. In one of the segments of the show, Chaitanya revealed that Rana makes him feel depressed.
Naga Chaitanya reveals the reason behind Rana Daggubati making him feel depressed
Chay and his family will appear on The Rana Daggubati Show. In the new promo released by the makers, Chay revealed that Rana is a workaholic, making him feel inefficient. Chay even asked Rana’s wife, how many things he was doing. She said only if she could keep track of that. Chay reflected on feeling depressed around his cousin and said:
“You know, whenever I meet Rana, I go back home depressed because he tells me these 1000 things he’s doing, and I feel like I’m doing nothing in life.”
Rana Daggubati’s wife, Miheeka Bajaj also agreed with Naga Chaitanya’s ‘depressed’ comment about her husband. When Chay asked Miheeka if he had time for her, she said that other than time in life, he has everything.
Rana Daggubati reveals having fun at Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding
On December 4, 2024, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala married at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad in front of their close family members and friends. In an interaction with India Today, Rana revealed having a great time and having a blast at his cousin’s wedding, which he could not miss. In his words:
“Celebrations are always fun. I wish the couple well. It has been two hectic days!”
When Rana Daggubati shared pictures from Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding
Rana posted a picture with Chay with a sweet caption that read, “Pellikodudu” (groom), symbolising that they were from the groom’s side. In the snap posted by the Baahubali star, both the cousins looked handsome in traditional Indian outfits. Chay wore a cream-hued kurta, while Rana donned a white kurta and teamed it up with an embroidered designed shawl. The snap was taken during Chay’s haldi ceremony where both of them were seen smiling and looking at the camera
When Naga Chaitanya told Rana Daggubati about having kids
On The Rana Daggubati Show, Chay revealed his dream of having a family and a happy married life with a couple of children. He also revealed that when he was 50, he would like to go go-karting with his kids and support his daughter in her hobbies. Chay opened up about his personal life and said:
“When I’m 50 years old, I want to be happily married with a couple of kids, maybe one or two. I’d love to take them racing and go-karting. And relive the special moments of my childhood.”
Chay also added, that Rana was his closest friend from the industry, apart from being his cousin. This was why he did not make many friends from the industry as Rana is his most faithful friend.
