Best known for movies like Chhichhore and the recent Miss Shetty and Mr. Polishetty, Naveen Polishetty recently dropped a major health update that has left his fans shocked. Although reports as well as the actor’s team revealed that Naveen suffered a major accident in the U.S. a few months ago, Polishetty had maintained silence on the matter. Now, on Wednesday, the actor decided to speak on the same and shared a note on the social media platform not only updating his fans about the injuries but also opened up about the recovery, assuring them that he will be returning to the big screen soon.

The actor took to the social media platform X, aka Twitter, wherein he posted a note along with a photo which showcases his hand and leg injuries. Elaborating on his wounds and his recovery, Naveen said, “Unfortunately, I recently suffered severe multiple fractures in my right hand and injured my leg too. It has been a tough and painful time for me, especially creatively, as I can’t shoot films and connect with you through my craft. Sorry that I am not able to bring you films as fast as I would like to because of this injury.”
He went on to share, “Recovery has been slow and very tough but I am working closely with medical professionals towards complete recovery so I can perform at my energetic best for you all. While this may take a few more months, I am determined to come back stronger and healthier than ever before.” He also expressed his excitement about his future projects and added, “The good news is I am very excited for my upcoming films. The development work is going on in full swing every day, and I will be shooting them post full recovery.” In the same note, he also warned his fans to fall for fake news, requesting them to only trust his updates.
