Nayanthara on Monday indulged in a nostalgic trip down memory lane. The actress took to her Instagram stories to express her undying love for the iconic Bollywood romance, Maine Pyaar Kiya starring Salman Khan and Bhagyashree.

Sharing a screenshot of the film with the enchanting tune of ‘Dil Deewana’ playing in the background, Nayanthara conveyed her admiration for the lead pair, Salman Khan and Bhagyashree. Her simple yet heartfelt caption, “These two and this film. Just pure love,” accompanied by a series of heart emojis.

Interestingly, the actress had the opportunity to share screen space with Salman Khan in Chiranjeevi starrer Telugu film Godfather, a remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer.

Meanwhile, Nayanthara’s journey into Bollywood began with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, a film that shattered box office records, grossing over Rs. 1100 crores worldwide.

Currently, Nayanthara is occupied with multiple projects in the South. She has the Tamil films The Test and Mannangatti Since 1960 in the pipeline, along with the Malayalam film Dear Students opposite Nivin Pauly.
