NEET UG Paper Leak: SC Postpones Matter to July 18, Allows More Time For Petitioners to File Fresh Affidavits

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday postponed the NEET-UG 2024 case to Thursday, July 18 and the decision was made to give petitioners ample time to review their newly filed affidavits. This postponement from the Supreme court involves multiple petitions about alleged paper leaks and exam irregularities.

The NEET UG SC hearing was scheduled for July 11, but the delay in filing affidavits prompted the Court to reschedule the hearing.

The Supreme Court observed in its order that some of the parties in the case haven’t received the affidavits filed by the Centre and NTA and they need to prepare their responses before arguments.
