Renowned Indian photographer Rohan Shrestha made a major addition to his portfolio comprising of acclaimed portraits with football legend Lionel Messi, renowned comedian and actor Kevin Hart, and media mogul Oprah Winfrey, with an exclusive photoshoot featuring Hollywood superstar Ryan Reynolds. While this was coincided with the release of Ryan’s highly anticipated action comedy Deadpool & Wolverine, co-starring Hugh Jackman, the photographer revealed that the photoshoot was for an ad for Yas Island, Dubai.

Known for his sharp wit and charismatic presence, Reynolds is a favorite among fans, and Shrestha’s portraits promise to showcase the actor in a new light. In this latest series, Shrestha captures Reynolds in a series of black and white portraits in his signature style which allowed the actor to be effortless. Sharing it on his social media page, Rohan Shreshta shared the details of the same in the caption saying, “A short while ago, I had the opportunity to shoot @vancityreynolds for an advertisement for @yasisland. Post the shoot I shot some portraits of the man I’ve had a man crush on for the longest time. Ever since 2 guys a girl and a pizza place all the way in the late 90s. I brought that up and we had a chat about it and his journey to reach where he has. An absolute legend and stalwart of an actor and entrepreneur.” He also added, “The timing couldn’t be better, im dying to watch the new Deadpool film!!”
Commenting further on his experience of shooting with Ryan Reynolds, Shrestha shared, “Shooting with Ryan not only met but surpassed every expectation I had. His friendly and outgoing personality created a fun and relaxed atmosphere on set, making the entire crew laugh throughout the day. As a long-time fan, I was initially quite nervous, but our shared love for his past projects quickly broke the ice and formed a genuine connection. It was a great experience overall, and I’m grateful I got to work with this Hollywood superstar!”
Rohan Shrestha’s portfolio also boasts stunning images of India’s biggest celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Virat Kohli and Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt amongst many others.
Meanwhile, Ryan Reynolds is currently basking in the success of Deadpool & Wolverine which has arrived as a special treat to Marvel and superhero fans. The film has been garnering praises from critics and audiences as it possesses the black comedy elements that Deadpool is famous for combined with the charisma and intensity of Wolverine.
