Shantanu Maheshwari is all set for his next big Bollywood release, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, directed by Neeraj Pandey under the banner of Friday Filmworks. Following his impressive debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, Shantanu is ready to win hearts again, portraying a young Ajay Devgn in this highly anticipated film.
Shantanu Maheshwari stuns in Rs. 1.1 lakh Japanese Kimono jacket
The film’s trailer has been unveiled, and Shantanu was seen in an exciting new avatar. However, it wasn’t just his on-screen presence that captivated the audiences. At the trailer launch, Shantanu turned heads as he wore a contemporary fusion from Sulakshana Monga of East meets West, crafted exclusively for the modern man. This outfit featured a jacket meticulously woven from jute linen and leather strips, embodying the traditional elegance of a Japanese kimono-inspired pattern.
The actor paired a jacket with cargo trousers, this ensemble seamlessly blends comfort with street-smart fashion. The jacket alone, valued at Rs. 1.1 lakh, spoke volumes of luxury and meticulous craftsmanship.
To complete the look, Shantanu wore a Japanese boot style Onitsuka Tiger, made of environment-friendly materials featuring the welt stitching on the sole accentuates the design, creating a hybrid pair that combines elements of both sneaker and boot.
This isn’t the first time Shantanu has made waves with his fashion choices. Whether at Cannes or other red carpet events, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actor consistently impresses with his sense of style and forward-thinking fashion choices.
Auron Mein Kahan DumTha, starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shantanu Maheshwari, and Saiee Manjrekar, is set to release on July 5.
