New Delhi: Shreyas Talpade’s wife has now revealed in a statement that the actor is “stable,” hours after the actor suffered a heart attack. The actor is doing good and making a full recovery, according to a statement released by Deepti Shreyas Talpade on Friday morning. Shreyas would be released in a few days, she also mentioned.

Deepti said that the quick response and great care given by the medical staff had been crucial at this period.

“We kindly request respect for our privacy as he continues his recovery. Your unwavering support has been a tremendous source of strength for both of us,” she added.

On Thursday evening, Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack. The 47-year-old actor was apparently in Mumbai for the day filming his next film. But when he returned home, he felt unwell and complained of being uneasy. After being taken to the hospital, Talpade had an angioplasty.
