The 23rd ITA Awards 2023 was a night to remember for the entire team of Katha Ankahee, the recently concluded show on Sony TV. Not only did the show win awards for best show, best screenplay, and best direction, but its lead actress, Aditi Sharma, also took home the coveted Best Actress Critic Award!

The moment Aditi’s name was announced, the entire team erupted in cheers, and it was clear that her co-star, Adnan Khan, was beaming with pride. At the Press meet after the award ceremony, when Aditi posed with her trophy, Adnan joined and expressing his happiness and admiration for her talent.

“Mujhe Bahot accha laga ki ‘Her Talent is being recognized’” he said. He then elaborated on how the audience only glimpses a fragment of Aditi’s acting prowess, as the technical team edits footage to align with their narrative and vision. “If you could witness what I and my team have seen,” he said, gesturing towards the trophy, “this would be a mere token of her immense talent.”

Aditi, who was visibly moved by Adnan’s words, replied, “I couldn’t have won this without him,” following praising their on-screen chacaters’ Kathaa and Viaan’s jodi.
