‘Yaariyan’ Actor, Himansh Kohli Reveals Why He Married Vini At Iskon Temple, ‘We Are Both’..
Yaariyaan actor, Himansh Kohli got married to AI scientist, Vini Kalra on November 12, 2024. The actor met Vini via an arranged marriage setup, and the couple had an intimate wedding ceremony at Iskon temple in Delhi. The newlywed actor revealed details about his close-knit wedding, plans with Vini related to the future and more.

During an interview with The Times Of India, Himansh revealed he met Vini in February 2024. She came with her parents from the USA to her hometown in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. She is a scientist who has been working in the USA for the past eight years. They come from different backgrounds and so they have many things to discuss. Their wavelength also matches. In the words of Himansh:
“Vini was keen to have an intimate wedding ceremony with all the rituals and so was I. We are both Radha-Krishna bhakts, so we decided to get married at an ISKCON temple in Delhi. Vini will now relocate to Mumbai. I recently bought a new home in Mumbai, and Vini and I are looking forward to starting this new phase with God’s blessings. I am yet to wrap up things in Delhi and return to Mumbai. We plan to host a reception in Mumbai soon.”

Himansh had posted the first pictures with his wife, after his wedding on November 13, 2024. He had worn a purple hued kurta with a turban. In the snaps, Himansh could be seen adorably holding his wife closely and kissing her on her forehead. Vini had worn a traditional red-hued lehenga and accessorised her bridal look with jewelery and charms. Himansh had also posted a few pictures from his Sehra Bandi ceremony. He had captioned the precious pictures as, “Blessings abound”.

The actor could be seen dancing his heart out with his close friends and family members. In one of the snaps, he was seen wearing a green kurta . Himansh had not revealed the identity of his wife, Vini, for the longest time, but the words ‘HV’ were engraved on his palm during his mehendi ceremony.
Himansh Kohli was earlier in a relationship with Neha Kakkar
Before getting married to Vini, Himansh was in a steady relationship with Neha Kakkar from 2014 to 2018. However, they had parted ways and it was in 2020 when Neha married Rohanpreet Singh. The estranged pair had become a topic of conversation for the longest time. During an interaction with Bollywood Bubble, the actor had spoken about his breakup. He said:
“The breakup happened in 2018 and I don’t blame Neha for it. She has moved on in her life and is happy. I am happy for myself, living my life, working, entertaining my audience, but some people are stuck in 2018 whereas we are living in 2021. You can’t do anything about it.”
